What preferences can be changed?
By default, Group Chats do not send individual messages to users in a group chat. In User Preferences, users can override this setting by choosing how to send Alert Escalations and Usage Metrics to the chat they are in.
Options for Alert Escalations: Threats or No Escalations
Options for Usage Metrics: Daily, Weekly, or Never
How do you change individual preferences?
You can tailor your Salem 1-on-1 notifications directly within the chat interface:
Navigate to the Analyst Menu.
Select Others.
Choose Chat Preferences.
